Tuition Information
Tuition payment is due in full upon registration. Alternate payment plans are available upon request. For a family that has multiple children enrolled, a 10% discount will apply on the lesser tuition of the second and any additional siblings (does not apply to monthly students). Please call the Winchester office at 781.721.1144 or the Watertown office at 617.926.2640 to inquire about the specific cost of each session.
Refund Policy
Tuition refunds are given before the start of the session. No refunds will be given after the session begins. The $25 registration fee is non-refundable. Registration fee is effective Sept. - Aug.
Yearly Schedule WINCHESTER
2011 - 2012 School Year
Session 1: September 8th - November 23rd (11 weeks)
Session 2: November 28th - February 11th (10 weeks, Saturday classes 9 weeks)
Session 3: February 13th - May 5th (11 weeks)
Session 4: May 7th - June 23rd (7 weeks)
Yearly Schedule WATERTOWN
2011 - 2012 School Year
Session 1: September 9th - November 23rd (11 weeks)
Session 2: November 28th - January 28th (8 weeks, Saturday classes 7 weeks)
Session 3: January 30th - April 14th (11 weeks)
Session 4: April 23rd - June 23rd (9 weeks)
Holiday Schedule
We will be closed for classes on the following dates:
Thanksgiving: Nov 24 - 27
Winter Vacation: Dec 24 -Jan 1
April School Vacation: April 16 - April 22
Memorial Day: May 28
Make-Up Policy
Two make-ups are allowed per session. Make-ups must be done within the session the classes are missed. Carryovers will not be permitted. Please call the office to schedule.
In case of inclement weather, please call the gym two hours before your class to find out about cancellations. Snow days will be made up (separate from the two available make-ups)
